Phase TwoSchematic Design / Design Development During this phase, our team will craft the design narrative, curate inspirational imagery, and conceptualize layouts. We produce detailed floorplans, elevations, renderings, and presentations to convey the overall vision.

Phase ThreeDocumentation and Implementation In this phase, we specify the fixtures and furnishings, acquire detailed estimates, manage the orders, assess lead times, review budgets, and procure the approved product.

Phase FourInstallation and Project Culmination Throughout this period, we coordinate with your contractors to ensure the outcome achieves design intent. In addition, we oversee millwork fabrication and installation, facilitate installation of furnishings, style spaces, and conduct final walk throughs to address and resolve any remaining deficiencies.
